New Latitude Private Pilot Privacy Notice

Status: Founder-approved private validation v1 - not attorney-reviewed
Last updated: 2026-05-07 · Published online: 2026-07-16
Operator during validation: Level Up Adventures, LLC
Contact: jeff@level-up-adventures.com

This notice applies to the New Latitude private pilot operated by Level Up Adventures, LLC. It is narrower than a full product privacy policy because the current pilot does not include accounts, a production workspace, subscriptions, automated Blueprint generation, or public sharing.

This notice is founder-approved for a small private validation pilot of up to 100 applicants or 25 selected participants, whichever comes first. Attorney review is deferred unless a legal tripwire in the internal validation-sprint plan occurs.

Plain-English summary

New Latitude helps people pressure-test part-time living abroad before they make large life decisions. During the private pilot, we collect contact details and lifestyle-planning intake answers so we can decide whether the pilot is a fit and, if selected, manually prepare a Life Abroad Blueprint.

We do not ask for passport numbers, government IDs, tax returns, bank details, medical records, or precise real-time location. Please do not submit those details.

New Latitude provides lifestyle planning and destination intelligence only. We do not provide tax, legal, visa, immigration, healthcare, residency, financial, investment, insurance, or relocation advice.

AI-assisted drafting

Level Up Adventures may use AI tools to help organize research, summarize intake themes, draft non-final Blueprint language, prepare internal notes, or format deliverables for the New Latitude pilot.

AI output is not final until reviewed by a human. We try to minimize unnecessary personal details before using participant information with AI tools where practical. Do not submit information you would not want used in an AI-assisted drafting workflow.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers used to operate the pilot, including website hosting, form intake, email, scheduling, document drafting, payment processing, and AI-assisted drafting providers.

We may share aggregated or de-identified learnings, such as common objections, frequent destination interests, or intake-completion patterns, but not in a way intended to identify a pilot applicant.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to process payments/refunds, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

We will not publish your name, identifiable story, quote, partner details, or Blueprint excerpt without separate permission.

Couples privacy

If you apply as a couple, each partner should consent before partner-alignment details are submitted. Do not submit private details about a partner who has not agreed to participate.

If separate partner intakes are used later, each partner's answers should stay separate until both partners agree they can be combined into a joint Blueprint.

Even if the pilot is below the threshold for a specific state privacy law, this is the operating standard Level Up Adventures will use during validation.

Your choices

You may:

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The validation landing page should use no advertising pixels and no targeted-advertising trackers by default.

If Vercel Web Analytics or another privacy-respecting analytics tool is enabled, it should be used only for basic validation metrics such as page views and conversion flow performance. If ad pixels, targeted advertising, profiling, sale/sharing of personal data, or universal opt-out mechanism support becomes relevant, this notice and the implementation must be reviewed before deployment.

Security

The pilot is designed to collect only what is needed, limit access to people helping run the pilot, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

No internet service is perfectly secure. Please do not submit sensitive documents or details that New Latitude does not need for the pilot.

Advisory boundary

New Latitude provides lifestyle planning and destination intelligence. We do not provide tax, legal, visa, immigration, healthcare, residency, financial, investment, insurance, or relocation advice.

Stay-window, cost, comfort, travel, and destination information must be treated as informational and verified with official sources or qualified professionals before decisions are made.
