These terms apply to the New Latitude private pilot operated by Level Up Adventures, LLC. They are not full SaaS terms because the current pilot does not include accounts, a production workspace, subscriptions, automated Blueprint generation, or in-app payments.
These terms are founder-approved for a small private validation pilot of up to 100 applicants or 25 selected participants, whichever comes first. Attorney review is deferred unless a legal tripwire in the internal validation-sprint plan occurs.
1. Pilot purpose
The private pilot is a small manual research and lifestyle-planning pilot for people exploring part-time living abroad. The pilot helps Level Up Adventures validate whether a Life Abroad Blueprint is useful, trustworthy, repeatable, and safe to build into software.
The pilot is selective. Not every applicant will be selected.
2. What the pilot may include
If selected, a pilot participant may receive some or all of the following:
- A short clarification call or email follow-up.
- Manual review of submitted lifestyle-planning intake answers.
- A pilot Life Abroad Blueprint draft.
- Destination-portfolio directions based on the limited pilot data set.
- Tradeoff, contradiction, or regret-risk notes.
- Partner-alignment prompts for couples.
- A first 90-day action outline or 12-month scouting outline.
- A feedback request after delivery.
The pilot does not include a production account, workspace, automated generation pipeline, guaranteed PDF export, real-time destination data, booking services, relocation services, tax planning, legal review, visa services, healthcare advice, financial planning, investment advice, insurance advice, or professional advice.
3. No professional advice
New Latitude provides lifestyle planning and destination intelligence only.
We do not provide tax, legal, visa, immigration, healthcare, residency, financial, investment, insurance, therapy, counseling, mediation, or professional relocation advice. Nothing in a pilot Blueprint should be treated as a recommendation to move, invest, buy insurance, apply for a visa, change tax residency, choose healthcare, enter a lease, buy property, or make legal or financial decisions.
Stay-window, budget, cost, comfort, travel, and destination information is informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or not specific to your circumstances. Verify current rules and personal implications with official sources and qualified professionals before making decisions.
Participating in the pilot does not create an attorney-client, tax advisor-client, financial advisor-client, healthcare provider-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, agency, or professional advisory relationship.
4. Participant responsibilities
By participating, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- Avoid submitting passports, government IDs, tax records, financial account numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
- Get your partner's consent before submitting private partner-specific information.
- Use the pilot output as planning information, not professional advice.
- Independently verify current rules, costs, travel requirements, healthcare access, insurance needs, and legal or tax implications.
- Tell us if anything in the pilot output appears inaccurate, overconfident, or too close to professional advice.
5. Couples participation
If the pilot includes couple-specific analysis, both partners should knowingly participate. Level Up Adventures should not combine separate partner answers into a joint Blueprint unless both partners consent to that use.
Partner-alignment notes are meant to surface planning tradeoffs. They are not therapy, counseling, mediation, legal advice, or relationship advice.
6. Sources, uncertainty, and data gaps
Pilot Blueprints should show source references for factual claims where practical. If a key fact is not verified, the Blueprint should label it as pending, uncertain, or not available rather than guessing.
If sources conflict, Level Up Adventures should disclose the conflict or omit the claim. The participant is responsible for verifying current rules and facts before acting.
7. AI-assisted workflow
Level Up Adventures may use AI tools to assist with research organization, summarization, drafting, and formatting. AI output is not final until reviewed by a human.
AI tools can make mistakes. Participants should treat the Blueprint as a planning draft and verify important facts independently.
8. Deliverables and timeline
Any paid or unpaid pilot should identify the expected deliverable before the participant starts. Unless a different timeline is stated in writing, a selected pilot Blueprint should be targeted for delivery within 7-10 business days after Level Up Adventures receives the completed intake and any required clarification call notes.
The pilot may produce a "not enough signal" or "professional advice needed" conclusion. That is a valid pilot outcome, not a failure to deliver.
9. Payment and refunds
Unpaid pilots have no participant fee.
If one-time paid pilots are enabled during private validation, the following payment and refund terms apply:
- Pilot pricing will be shown before payment.
- Payment will be collected by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Level Up Adventures will not collect card numbers directly.
- The founder pilot is a one-time manual service. No subscription starts unless separate subscription terms are provided and accepted.
- If Level Up Adventures declines an application after payment, the participant receives a full refund.
- A participant may receive a full refund if they cancel before manual research, analysis, or drafting begins.
- Duplicate charges, mistaken charges, or unauthorized charges should be refunded after review.
- If Level Up Adventures cannot deliver the agreed pilot output within the stated delivery window plus a 7-business-day cure period, the participant may choose either an updated delivery date or a full refund.
- If the delivered Blueprint has a material scope miss, the participant should request correction within 14 days after delivery. Level Up Adventures may correct the deliverable, provide one reasonable revision, or refund the fee.
- Once manual research, analysis, or drafting begins, fees are generally non-refundable because the work is custom, except for failure to deliver, duplicate/unauthorized charges, or a material scope miss.
- Refunds are not guaranteed solely because the pilot conclusion is disappointing, a desired destination is not a fit, more professional advice is needed, or the participant decides not to pursue living abroad.
This refund policy is founder-approved for private validation only. It will be revisited before any public paid funnel, subscription, auto-renewal, or scaled checkout flow.
10. Feedback and product learning
Participants may be asked for feedback. Level Up Adventures may use feedback to improve the product, landing page, intake, sample Blueprint, and outreach language.
Level Up Adventures may use aggregated or de-identified learnings from pilot feedback. Level Up Adventures will not publish identifiable stories, quotes, names, partner details, or Blueprint excerpts without separate permission.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
Participants may use their own pilot Blueprint for personal planning.
Level Up Adventures, LLC retains ownership of the New Latitude name, templates, workflows, prompts, research structure, scoring structure, product concepts, and generalized learnings developed through the pilot.
Participants should not resell, publicly publish, or represent pilot materials as professional advice or as a New Latitude-approved public guide.
12. No guaranteed outcomes
The pilot does not guarantee that a participant will find a destination, resolve partner disagreement, save money, qualify for any visa or residency path, avoid tax or legal problems, access healthcare, obtain insurance, rent or buy housing, or successfully live abroad.
The pilot may conclude that more research is needed, that a destination is not yet supported by enough data, or that professional advice is required.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The pilot and any pilot materials are provided for informational and validation purposes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the pilot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for any participant's personal circumstances.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of this language may not apply to every participant.
14. Limitation of liability
The private validation pilot uses the following liability structure:
- New Latitude and Level Up Adventures, LLC are not liable for decisions a participant makes based on pilot materials, including travel, housing, legal, tax, visa, healthcare, insurance, financial, relationship, or relocation decisions.
- New Latitude and Level Up Adventures, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, travel costs, housing costs, professional fees, or reliance damages.
- For a paid pilot, total liability should be capped at the amount the participant paid for that pilot.
- For an unpaid pilot, total liability should be capped at USD $100.
- These limits should not apply where the law does not allow them, and should not limit liability for willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Privacy and requests
Pilot data is handled under the New Latitude Private Pilot Privacy Notice. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jeff@level-up-adventures.com with the subject line New Latitude privacy request.
Deletion may not apply to de-identified aggregate learnings or records Level Up Adventures is legally required to keep.
16. Changes, suspension, and ending participation
Because this is a founder pilot, the process, deliverables, application criteria, pricing, and timeline may change. Participants should be told what version of the pilot they are joining.
Level Up Adventures may decline, pause, or end participation if the pilot is not a fit, if a participant submits unnecessary sensitive information, if a participant asks for regulated advice, or if continuing would create legal, safety, or operational risk.
Participants may withdraw by emailing jeff@level-up-adventures.com. Refund eligibility depends on Section 9.
17. Governing law and disputes
These pilot terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law gives a participant mandatory rights elsewhere. Before filing a legal claim, the participant agrees to contact jeff@level-up-adventures.com so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, venue should be the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires another venue.
18. Consent required before participation
Before submitting the pilot application, each participant should accept the consent statements shown in the application form. Couples should use the couple-specific consent language if partner-alignment details are submitted.
